Customer Reviews
Great value on Wheat Field
I was looking for something unique and found the Wheat Field with Cypresses. The price point was really good, especially compared to other brands, and I got it during a small holiday sale too. The set itself is quite detailed for the cost, and the included lighting kit made it feel like a real bargain. Definitely got my money's worth. Planning to check out their other art-themed sets.
Retro Radio is solid
Built the Retro Radio. Good pieces, clear instructions. Lights work well. Shipped fast. Looks good on my desk.
Detailed Izakaya experience
I ordered the Izakaya set after seeing some pictures online. The shipping took about 10 days to arrive, which was within their estimated window. All the pieces were there, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The light kit for this one is fantastic; I really appreciated how the wiring was mostly hidden within the structure. I had a small question about connecting one of the LED strips, and customer support replied to my email within a day with a helpful diagram. The final product is sturdy and looks great. Definitely a premium feel to the whole package.
Cool Medieval Tavern set
Got the Medieval Merchant Tavern and it's pretty neat. The build was enjoyable, took me a few evenings to finish. Lights look good, not too bright but enough to give it some atmosphere. Shipping was standard, no issues. Overall a good purchase, looks nice on my shelf.
Good set, minor issue
I picked up the Lakeside Lodge. The build was engaging and the finished product looks quite nice with the lights on. I really like the aesthetic. However, one of the smaller LED strips had a flickering issue when I first connected it. I managed to fix it by reseating the connection multiple times, but it was a bit frustrating. Shipping was quick though, and the packaging protected everything well. Good value for what you get, just wish the lighting connections were a bit more robust.

Is there a trick to getting free shipping? Or do you always have to pay for it?
If I get one of their sets and there's a missing piece, what's the deal? Is it a huge hassle to get replacements or do they actually send them out?
Are their light kits pre-installed into the sets, or do you have to do all that wiring yourself as you build?
Quick question on their bricks – are these actually compatible with regular LEGO bricks? Thinking of adding some custom bits to the Medieval Merchant Tavern.
Anyone know if you can use like, a newsletter sign-up discount AND a holiday sale code together? Or is it usually one per order?
How are their returns? Say I get a set and it's just not for me, is it a pain to send back?
Does Fun Whole ever have bigger sales than just the 10-15% off? Like around Black Friday or something, do they go higher for specific sets?
Hey, wondering if anyone has ordered from Fun Whole to a small town in, like, Idaho? How long did shipping actually take for you? Their site says X days but curious about real world experience.
